 Shandong Huxi Foundry Co.,Ltd is located in Heze City.the home of peony flower. Our company is a large modem foundry plant . It covers the area of 116,000 square meters. thereinto the first phase construction area is 26,000 square meters,It has the casting workshop. mechanical processing workshop. and the inspection & testing centre with 156 sets of main facilities and equipments.It has been invested a total asset in RMB 120 million. There are 300 staffs, including 46 professional technicians.We especially appointed Mr. Gu Zhengrong as the general engineer,who is the expert of casting in China FAW Group Corporation; and employed many experts,such as Mr.Dun Yongquan, who is the professor in Henan University of science and Technology.Our main products include;auto wheel hub,brake drums,decelerator housing and differential housing ,transmissions housing and holder, engine cylinder block, etc. The annual output of the casting and the menchanical processing ability is about 40,000 tons, The products are popular in whole country and sold to Japan Germany,Southeast Asia ,etc.
We have the superior equipments, perfect inspection means,good technique supporting and effective quality assurance system. We adopt the domestic most advanced production lines, the technology and the equipment in the casting workshop. We equipped 2 sets of 6t Non-core medium freqency lnduction melting Furnace (one for two) in the melt department. The production line of the moulding department is the domestic moilding lines, which automatic moulding and automatic pouring device. The asnd preparation.department is equipped with the efficient roller sand mixing machine.The core shooter department adopts the technical of hot box core shooter and clod box core shooter. The cleaning department has the chain with two station shot-blast device, abrator,andatrolley conveyer for painting and baking of castings.
The mechanincal processing workshop has the CNC machine tools, processing centre and the automatic balancing machines. It is suitable to the marketing changes and fully meets the clients' demands.
The inspection & testing center includes the spectrum analysis room, the chemical laboratory, mechanics laboratory, metallographic laboratory, moulding materials testing laboratory and casting measurement room, metrological test center, and 3D coordinate measurement instrument, etc. They are available to control the quality of the raw materials and production processes.
